All units have air-conditioning, cable TV and home theater system with DVD in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free WiFi. 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 has a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and 1 or 1.5 baths. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has a king bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa or 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. 2BR has 2.5 baths. Buildings are 2 stories; no elevator. Some units have internal stairs as well. Parking may be some distance from your unit; bellman will assist with luggage. US$100 deposit for incidentals required at check-in. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. Hawaii resorts are required to charge a Timeshare Occupancy Tax for timeshare rooms ranging from US$5 to US$7 per unit/ per night.
