Grand Crowne Travel Network is one of the more recent additions to the Grand Crowne Resorts' family. Grand Crowne Resorts began as Surrey Vacation Resort, a timeshare development and sales company in 1993. The sole shareholder, C.J. Perme, is a life-long resident of the area and has been involved in real estate development in the southern Midwest for over 20 years. Surrey Vacation Resort sits on a 9-acre tract of land in the center of Branson, Missouri. 1993 marks the birth of the Surrey Condominiums, a contemporary townhouse style. In 1996, Surrey began the construction of the Carriage Place condos adjacent to the townhouses, which feature steel construction and luxurious furnishings. In 1998, construction began on the Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club featuring the only true triple-share condominiums. The Grand Crowne sits on a 20-acre hillside overlooking the Thousand Hills Golf Course. When the project is completed, Grand Crowne will consist of 330 units, a scenic jogging trail, three swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. Grand Crowne Resorts developed the Grand Crowne Travel Network package to meet the requests of our owners and vacationers who continue to visit us. Having experienced the luxury of condo vacationing, our owners wanted more! In addition, we have had input from those who either were unable or not ready for the financial commitment of purchasing a timeshare. Both groups wanted the ability to vacation "condo style" in Branson and throughout the world, having access to affordable travel reaching the destinations of their choice. Grand Crowne Travel Network offers it's members just that. Access to condominiums all over the world without having to pay for the upkeep of a timeshare ownership. Members only pay when they use a week, while enjoying the benefit of outstanding travel savings, too!!!
